All participating wealth managers, financial professionals, and investment advisers are independent third parties. Advisors using MajorWin’s marketing platform remain solely responsible for their own regulated activities, compliance policies, legal disclosures, and fiduciary duties.
MajorWin does not independently audit or verify the information, performance metrics, or credentials provided by third-party advisors. We do not guarantee their regulatory compliance.
3. No Guarantees & Investor Due Diligence
MajorWin does not guarantee that any introduction or marketing service will result in specific business outcomes, assets under management, or investment returns. Past performance of any paired advisor does not guarantee future results.Any market commentary or advisor profiles displayed are for informational and educational purposes only. 4. Compensation Disclosure
MajorWin receives compensation for its marketing, business-development, and lead-generation services through separate written agreements with participating financial professionals. Unless explicitly detailed in writing and legally verified, this compensation is paid strictly for marketing services. It does not constitute transaction-based brokerage fees, referral fees for executing securities, or investment advisory fees.
